Owner

Koby has purchased and flipped multiple residential properties and has a vast knowledge of commercial real estate as well. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University where he earned a 4.0 Real Estate GPA

Before marrying Koby, Kaylee was a high school biology teacher. She quickly became in love with real estate and transitioned out of teaching. She now handles every single detail of the design process. She earned a Bachelor's from Milligan College and a Master's from Cumberland University

Manager

Austin handles meeting with tenants, any administration duties, and manages our many projects. He is involved in multiple other successful businesses. He earned his bachelor's degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Advertising.
